Product Availability: Our products are always available as they are presented in electronic format. A customer receipt goes out with every order purchased online.
Courses are emailed as soon as your credit card is processed. For those customers who send in personal checks or Money Orders, the courses will be emailed after the check clears the bank.
NOTE: We do not honor returns or refunds of any Email-based courses that have already been emailed to you after purchase as they may have been opened and the Workbook and Quiz have been read. This also applies to courses for which you requested a printed version to be sent out to you.
IMPORTANT: Once an Email-based course goes out, we follow up by Email with the customer to check if the course has been received. If we do not hear back by Email from the customer the same day, it is automatically assumed that it has been received. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us the same day if the course is not received in their Inbox. There are no exceptions to this rule. Thus, there can be no refunds.
FREE Shipping and Handling: The majority of our customers request acupuncture courses to be sent to them via email to their Inbox to save time. In the case of shipping out a Printed Version of a course, we ship using USPS.com and pay for the shipping instead of the customer.

"I just completed my Email Download course and have sent in my Quiz Answers. I now want the paper version to be mailed to me for free. Can I have this?"
The customer is given the option of requesting either the Email Download of the course or the Printed Version PRIOR
to taking the classes. If you had chosen the email download method, the
courses were sent via email for your convenience. In the future, please
let us know that you require the Printed Version and not
the Email Download method, and we will gladly ship out the Workbook and
Quiz for your chosen course. You will not have the pay any postage for
that, as we will carry the cost for your convenience. You also have the
option of printing out the Workbook we emailed you on your own
computer.
"I'm in a hurry to get my re-certification CEUs. Can I E-Mail my Acupuncture course Quiz Answers to you to save time?"
Yes, you may email your Quiz Answers to us at Staff@acupuncture-ceus.com at the Testing and Re-Certification Center, where your Quiz Answers will be graded. Your certificate will be E-mailed to you the same day. There is no extra charge for this; we provide this service as a convenience for our customers.
