Shipping is always free and we use USPS Shipping with Delivery Confirmation and a Tracking Number for your convenience.

Product Availability: Our products are always available as they are presented as a tangible Workbook/Test or Email--Based Workbook/Test. A customer receipt goes out with every order purchased online. Shipping is free.

Courses are Mailed or Emailed as soon as your credit card is processed. For those customers who send in personal checks or Money Orders, the courses will be sent after the check clears the bank.

NOTE: We do not honor returns or refunds of any Email-based or Mailed/Shipped  courses that have already been emailed/mailed to you after purchase, as they may have been opened and the Workbook and Quiz have been read. This also applies to Printed Packs and courses for which you requested a printed version or hard copy version to be sent out to you. We Mail our courses to you free with Delivery Confirmation as a convenience.

If you do not receive the package, it is your responsibility to check with your local Postal Facility so they can track the package for you using the Label Receipt Number which we can email to you upon request.

Once we mail your package free of cost to you, it is out of our hands and in the USPS.com's jurisdiction. There can be no refunds because we pay the shipping and Delivery Confirmation cost for our customers.

IMPORTANT: Once an Email-based course goes out, we follow up by Email with the customer to check if the course has been received. If we do not hear back by Email from the customer the same day, it is automatically assumed that it has been received. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us the same day if the course is not received in their Inbox IN WRITING, not by phone. There are no exceptions to this rule. Thus, there can be no refunds.

FREE Shipping and Handling: In the case of shipping out a Printed Version of a course, we ship using USPS.com and pay for the shipping instead of the customer, who will receive their package with a tracking number.

FAQs

"I just completed my Email Download course and have sent in my Quiz Answers. I now want the paper version to be mailed to me for free. Can I have this?"

The customer is given the option of requesting either the Email Download of the course or the Printed Version PRIOR to taking the classes. If you had chosen the email download method, the courses were sent via email for your convenience. In the future, please let us know that you require the Printed Version and not the Email Download method, and we will gladly ship out the Workbook and Quiz for your chosen course. You will not have the pay any postage for that, as we will carry the cost for your convenience. 

"I'm in a hurry to get my re-certification CEUs. Can I E-Mail my Acupuncture course Quiz Answers to you to save time?"

Yes, you may email your Quiz Answers to us at Staff@acupuncture-ceus.com at the Testing and Re-Certification Center, where your Quiz Answers will be graded. Your certificate will be E-mailed to you the same day.

There is no extra charge for this; we provide this service as a convenience for our customers.

"How can I place my order?"

You can place your order online 24 hours a day. As per our new policy, all orders must be placed online by the customer themselves. We will not keep any of your information on file.

We accept personal checks.

Refunds on already purchased courses cannot be sent, you are advised to pick another course in its place. You may also do so at a later date when you need credits. There is no pressure on the customer to do so that very day.
